Louisville

The town of Louisville started as a coal mining town in 1877, it is rich in history and community. The town is home to several high-technology companies such as Rogue Wave Software and the Space Systems component of Sierra Nevada Corporation. The historical downtown is the highlight with restaurants, shops, and breweries. In the summer there is a Street Faire every Friday night with local bands and street vendors. The homes in the area are walkable to the downtown, family's ride their bikes, walk their dogs and gather together to chat about their day.
