Our City

Lafayette is rich in history; it is located in southeastern Boulder County and, by 1914, was a booming town partly because of the coal mining boom. Old Town Lafayette is filled with shops, restaurants, breweries, and coffee houses. A great area to visit! One of Lafayette's most popular recreation destinations is Waneka Lake. It's a great place to picnic, fish, walk, and bike. All around fun for family and friends. If Golf is your game, there are several beautiful courses. This city is close to Boulder and has an easy commute to downtown Denver. Come make this community your home.
